SUMMARY:Pressure Washing: Townhomes and Garages
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, half of the Countryhouse Close’s townhomes and garages are pressure washed.  This year pressure washing will be done in the Baneberry\, Lyndfield\, Brampton\, Wintercrest East\, Wintercrest West and Crossvine closes. Southern Outdoor Restoration plans to start the pressure washing project on June 23.  The HOA is responsible for pressure washing the buildings and the garages. If you would like anything else pressure washed at your expense\, please contact Southern Outdoor Restoration at 919-366-7474. \nImportant Notice from Vendor: Preparing for Pressure Washing \nPlease help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants\, grills\, cloth furniture\, electronics\, and breakable décor on your porches\, balconies\, and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have a locking gate\, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.
