SUMMARY:Drainage Project Work
DESCRIPTION:The first phase of our drainage project will begin on or shortly after December 15\, weather dependent. The first phase includes installing new drainage pipes behind homes in Crossvine and Wintercrest East which will drain under the berm and along the drainage ditch at Lassiter Lane. The old drainage pipes will be abandoned. Care will be taken to protect the impacted trees as digging progresses. \nThis phase 1 work will take 5-10 days to complete. Construction debris will be removed. Topsoil and grass seed will be applied on top of the new pipes. \nPhase 2 will begin as budget money is available. Our plan is to work Close by Close addressing issues identified last spring by North Carolina Drainage.
