SUMMARY:Landscaping and Mulching Completion
DESCRIPTION:Next week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse on Tuesday 5/12\, Wednesday 5/13 and Friday 5/15 to perform their regular maintenance work. Also next week CPS will be back to finish up the mulch application in areas that were missed or need more attention. I have heard from several residents already\, but if anyone else has a concern about mulch please let me know immediately as I will be sending Ruppert a final list tomorrow. SUMMARY:Termite Inspections: Tuesday May 12
DESCRIPTION:Pest & Termite Consultants will be conducting annual termite inspections on Tuesday\, May 12th\, from 8:00am until 4:00pm. The inspection is necessary to ensure that we eradicate and minimize the destructive nature of these pests. Termites can destroy the structural integrity of your home/unit if not detected and properly treated. The inspector will need access to crawlspaces and interior of garages. \nHere is the procedure to get your home inspected: \nPest & Termite inspectors will knock on doors during the inspection period and they will inspect those homes as contact is made with each resident. The inspector will be wearing a company uniform (blue trousers and blue shirt with company name of the shirt). Company pickup trucks are also blue with the company name on the driver side door and tailgate.\n\nYou may schedule a specific time in advance for May 12th by calling Pest & Termite Consultants directly at 919-870-8003. \nPlease remember to leave crawl spaces and garage doors open if you will not be present for the inspection. The inspection cannot be conducted if they do not have access. We will schedule one more inspection date for the units that are locked during the first inspections. If your garage is locked for both inspections\, you will be required to schedule an inspection at your expense and share the report with Mill House Properties. Those who do not comply may lose access to their assigned garage. \nYour cooperation is greatly appreciated.
