DESCRIPTION:Next week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse on Tuesday 5/12\, Wednesday 5/13 and Friday 5/15 to perform their regular maintenance work. Also next week CPS will be back to finish up the mulch application in areas that were missed or need more attention. I have heard from several residents already\, but if anyone else has a concern about mulch please let me know immediately as I will be sending Ruppert a final list tomorrow. DESCRIPTION:Ruppert will follow their normal Countryhouse schedule this week. They will be here Monday 8/3-Wednesday 8/5 and will be performing their usual maintenance tasks.\nThe weeds have come back with the heat and now the rain\, so the crew is planning to spray hard surfaces next week\, weather permitting. If there is rain in the forecast\, the spraying will be moved to the week of 8/17. Residents who are on the No Spray list will not have their walks sprayed\, but they are still responsible for making sure their areas are weed-free.\nWe want to send out one more reminder. If you want to change or add plants on your property or nearby common areas\, please remember that you must get permission from the landscaping committee who will then notify the HOA Board. If you have an ongoing plan\, approval must be given for the plants in each stage. We want to make sure that the plants are appropriate for their size and location and that they reflect the landscaping in the rest of the community. You can make your request through AppFolio or by contacting Millhouse and they will send your request to the landscaping committee.\nBonnie O’Connell
