DESCRIPTION:Countryhouse HOA Residents\, CTI has been contracted to clean your gutters and associated detached garages to remove tree debris. Stand-off ladders will be used for this service. Kevin Calles-Lopez is the project manager. \nGUTTER CLEANING START DATE: 01/05/2026  \nProjected Duration: 1 week (weather permitting)  \nHOW TO PREPARE: Gutter Cleaning: Any personal belongings around the exterior of the home where exposed to the elements\, should be moved and/or protected\, as CTI will blow leaf debris off roofs/gutters\, and blend into natural areas once it has fallen. Any rear gates must remain unlocked to allow access to each unit. If gates are locked\, we will not be able to complete the work and we will have to skip it. Our goal is to provide a clean and uniform outcome\, while ensuring as minimal as possible inconvenience. SUMMARY:Drainage Project Work
DESCRIPTION:The first phase of our drainage project will begin on or shortly after December 15\, weather dependent. The first phase includes installing new drainage pipes behind homes in Crossvine and Wintercrest East which will drain under the berm and along the drainage ditch at Lassiter Lane. The old drainage pipes will be abandoned. Care will be taken to protect the impacted trees as digging progresses. \nThis phase 1 work will take 5-10 days to complete. Construction debris will be removed. Topsoil and grass seed will be applied on top of the new pipes. \nPhase 2 will begin as budget money is available. Our plan is to work Close by Close addressing issues identified last spring by North Carolina Drainage. SUMMARY:Pressure Washing: Townhomes and Garages
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, half of the Countryhouse Close’s townhomes and garages are pressure washed.  This year pressure washing will be done in the Baneberry\, Lyndfield\, Brampton\, Wintercrest East\, Wintercrest West and Crossvine closes. Southern Outdoor Restoration plans to start the pressure washing project on June 23.  The HOA is responsible for pressure washing the buildings and the garages. If you would like anything else pressure washed at your expense\, please contact Southern Outdoor Restoration at 919-366-7474. \nImportant Notice from Vendor: Preparing for Pressure Washing \nPlease help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants\, grills\, cloth furniture\, electronics\, and breakable décor on your porches\, balconies\, and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have a locking gate\, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit.
