Ruppert will be starting the drainage work behind Wintercrest East next week. Depending on the weather, they expect to start Monday or Tuesday. The utilities have been marked.
They will also be cleaning up the area behind Crossvine and adding topsoil and seed. Please email hoa@millhouseproperties.com if you have any questions.
Thank you.
This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse today, Thursday 1/15, and tomorrow, Friday 1/16. They will be doing their regular maintenance work, blowing and mulching leaves and continuing with shrub trimming. They also made an unexpected visit on Monday to try to catch up after the holidays.

Countryhouse HOA Residents, CTI has been contracted to clean your gutters and associated detached garages to remove tree debris. Stand-off ladders will be used for this service. Kevin Calles-Lopez is the project manager.
GUTTER CLEANING START DATE: 01/05/2026
Projected Duration: 1 week (weather permitting)
HOW TO PREPARE: Gutter Cleaning: Any personal belongings around the exterior of the home where exposed to the elements, should be moved and/or protected, as CTI will blow leaf debris off roofs/gutters, and blend into natural areas once it has fallen. Any rear gates must remain unlocked to allow access to each unit. If gates are locked, we will not be able to complete the work and we will have to skip it. Our goal is to provide a clean and uniform outcome, while ensuring as minimal as possible inconvenience. If you find that you have concerns regarding ongoing work, please do not hesitate to contact Mill House at hoa@millhouseproperties.com.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 919-448-5150
Scheduled Gutter Cleaning Order: Wintercrest West, Whisperwood, Linden, Weymouth, Sycamore, Lower Beechmast, Upper Beechmast, Baneberry, Lyndfield, Brampton, Wintercrest East, Crossvine
Happy New Year!
We have had several people contact us about people not cleaning up after their dogs along the Village Way path and in the closes. As you know, the Countryhouse Homeowner’s Guide states that owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste. If you use a dog walker, please make sure they are also aware of the policy.
Thanks for your cooperation.

This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Thursday 1/8 and Friday 1/9 and, for the foreseeable future, their regular schedule will include these two days of the week. They will be performing their regular maintenance duties and continuing with the trimming of shrubs not yet touched.
Several of you have asked about Christmas tree pickup. They will be removing the trees and, as soon as I have a definite date, I will send out a notice as to when it will happen.

I received a message saying that Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Tuesday 12/16. However, as you have probably noticed, my information as of late has not been too accurate. This is all due to weather and staffing issues since the seasonal workers have returned to their home countries.
After this week, there will be no further visits until the week of January 5, when regularly scheduled visits will resume.
The Landscaping Committee wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
