This week the Ruppert crew will be in Countryhouse Wednesday 7/23-Friday 7/25.
Weather permitting, they will be spraying weeds in preparation for mulch application as well as doing their regular maintenance work. They will be placing flags at the entrance of each close as they do the spraying.
At the same time the Ruppert manager will be going to several of the closes to spray paint areas that will be receiving either mulch or pine straw. This will serve as a guide for the crew who will be doing the application. Fingers crossed the weather cooperates!

This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Wednesday 6/25 and Thursday 6/26, but will be working shorter hours due to the extreme heat. They will perform their regular maintenance duties and do as much trimming as time allows. Many of you have questioned the trimming schedule, but there have been many weather setbacks this spring which have adversely affected the work timeline. Ultimately every yard will be touched-hopefully soon.

Each year, half of the Countryhouse Closes’ townhomes and garages are pressure washed. This year pressure washing will be done in the Baneberry, Lyndfield, Brampton, Wintercrest East, Wintercrest West and Crossvine closes. Southern Outdoor Restoration plans to start the pressure washing project on June 23. The HOA is responsible for pressure washing the buildings and the garages. If you would like anything else pressure washed at your expense, please contact Southern Outdoor Restoration at 919-366-7474.
