Landscaping Update 10/19-10/23 This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Monday 10/19-Wednesday 10/21. In addition to doing their regular maintenance work, they plan to finish up the fall trimming of shrubs and small trees. This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Monday 10/12-Wednesday 10/14. In addition to their regular maintenance work, they will be continuing with shrub trimming. Next week, starting Monday 10/19, aeration and over seeding will begin.  (Correction: aeration and over seeding begins Friday, October 16 and continues into next week) Bonnie O’Connell

This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse their normally scheduled days-Monday 10/5-Wednesday 10/9. In addition to their regular maintenance work, they will continue with the trimming of shrubs. On 10/19 aeration and overseeding will begin in areas that have grass or should have grass, not in natural areas. Bonnie O’Connell

This week Ruppert will be in Countryhouse Monday 9/28-Wednesday 9/30. They will be performing their regular maintenance duties as well as trimming shrubs and small trees. It will take some time to do the trimming work in all 201 yards in our community, but they will get to everyone eventually. Bonnie O’Connell

The next phase of our drainage repair project will begin in the Crossvine, Wintercrest West and Wintercrest East Closes on September 21, 2026, dependent on weather.
